From the Ronald Wilson display.Now that seemed much simpler than doing it in WordPress which didn't seem to have a browse function ......hmmmm
On talking to AH and AT it appears we have to add media first - which allows for upload and insertion.
And follow the steps.

More "how to"s about using Wordpress MU are at this page of the Murdoch Blogs parent blog at : Creating posts, pages and uploading pictures.
BTW - the original "upload an image" exercise meant using a digital camera to take an image and then uploading it to a PC, rather than uploading it to an online site - although that is useful too.
Last year I brought in my digital camera and portable SD card reader so people who had never done an upload could have a go. Happy to bring them in for your workshop if you would like.
